Delivery in France and abroad:
Our shipping service offers deliveries in France and abroad, via carriers specialised in the delivery of works of art and design furniture.
Delivery costs are not indicated on the product sheet. They can be adapted for each work:
- Depending on the size and weight of the work
- Depending on the delivery address
- Depending on the carrier
Delivery costs are calculated after the order is placed and invoiced before the order is dispatched. For all deliveries in France (except Paris) and abroad, please contact the gallery: info@secretgallery.fr
Exception: if the delivery address is in Paris or its suburbs, different rates are set.
Local delivery:
If the delivery address is in Paris, the Secret Gallery offers delivery, through our carrier, in Paris and surrounding cities.
Delivery options:
The gallery offers two delivery options, the choice is to be communicated to us at the time of ordering
White glove delivery: our shipping partner will unload, unpack, check and install the product in the room of your choice.
Standard delivery: our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it to your doorstep
Click and collect at the gallery:
The Secret Gallery offers the possibility to pick up your work directly at the gallery, without delivery charges. The gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday, without interruption between 11am and 7pm, the date of collection is free. The gallery is closed in August.

This option is only available for pieces in stock. Design pieces on special order require a manufacturing delay.
Shipping and delivery tracking:
Our team will closely monitor the delivery organised by the Secret Gallery and keep you informed of its progress.
For orders with multiple items that you wish to ship at the same time, please let us know at checkout in the comments section. After checkout, please contact us via our email address: info@secretgallery.fr
Please note that the pieces may not all be ready at the same time, so a consolidation fee may be charged.
Delivery time:
In-stock products are usually dispatched within five working days, this may vary depending on the delivery address.
Products made to order will be dispatched according to the time taken to manufacture them, which varies according to the product.
You may request a preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that no guarantee can be given as many factors can influence international delivery.
